the lines at the grocery store are out of control these days. can't they just hire more cashiers? i'm starting to think these big box stores don't actually care about customer service.
the lines are just a fact of life these days. the stores are trying their best with the staff they have. complaining won't magically make more cashiers appear.
that's a great point - how are they supposed to improve the experience if they keep cutting hours and staffing? isn't that just false economy at this point?
