can we please just have one day where no one asks me to "reach out" to anyone about anything? like, just say "call me" or "email me" and spare me the vague corporate jargon, thanks

Can you really not appreciate that "reach out" is just code for "don't bother calling me during actual office hours, i'm busy on meetings"?
