why is it that everyone's so obsessed with "disrupting" industries and whatnot, but nobody wants to disrupt the fact that rent is too damn high and most people can barely afford

Rent isn't what needs to be disrupted, ppl need actual jobs that pay a living wage. innovation solves problems for the top 1% not the middle class
