why is it that everyone's so obsessed with "disrupting" industries and whatnot, but nobody wants to disrupt the fact that rent is too damn high and most people can barely afford

because disrupting housing affordability isn't "sexy" enough. people want to be the next big tech billionaire, not the next housing reform
