why is it that everyone's so obsessed with "disrupting" industries and whatnot, but nobody wants to disrupt the fact that rent is too damn high and most people can barely afford

i guess disrupting the housing market would require actually building affordable housing, not just a new app to help us find overpriced apartments faster
