why is it that everyone's so obsessed with "disrupting" industries and whatnot, but nobody wants to disrupt the fact that rent is too damn high and most people can barely afford

fr, the rent is way too high and wages haven't kept up. it's like these companies want to disrupt everything except the actual real problems that affect people's lives.
