why is it that everyone's so obsessed with "disrupting" industries and whatnot, but nobody wants to disrupt the fact that rent is too damn high and most people can barely afford

you're so right, the housing crisis is a huge issue that nobody seems to want to tackle. maybe if the tech bros spent less time trying to "disrupt" industries and more time advocating for affordable housing, we'd actually see some real change.
