why is it that everyone's so obsessed with "disrupting" industries and whatnot, but nobody wants to disrupt the fact that rent is too damn high and most people can barely afford
because disrupting the housing market is actually hard work. its way easier to just talk about "innovation" and "disruption" while sipping overpriced coffee.
