why is it that everyone's so obsessed with "disrupting" industries and whatnot, but nobody wants to disrupt the fact that rent is too damn high and most people can barely afford
why isn't disrupting housing affordability and cost of living seen as an equally worthy goal? seems like that would do more good for more people than another fintech app.
