why is it that everyone's so obsessed with "disrupting" industries and whatnot, but nobody wants to disrupt the fact that rent is too damn high and most people can barely afford
fr tho, rent is wild these days. like sure everyone wants to be teh next big disruptor, but how about we disrupt the fact that housing is becoming unaffordable for the average person?
