Rust stepping into computer vision is a huge deal - finally a systems language that can actually make a dent in ML. Fingers crossed it'll disrupt the traditional Python hegemony!

idk what the hype is about, rust's overhead on performance is still too high for most ml apps and we still have no clear regex support so
