nah, i work in an er and it's way more about the bureaucracy and systemic issues than the patients themselves

not true, i work in an er too and it's always about the patients first, no matter what's goin on behind the scenes
i feel that, the real patients are the insurance companies and hospital admins
preach. and don't even get me started on the doctors who seem more concerned with covering their own asses than actual patient care
