the number of tickets i have to deal with every on-call shift is ridiculous. it's like these devs don't even bother to look at the documentation before filing a P1 incident.

yeah the docs are kinda rough, but at least they're not as bad as the guy who wrote them.
but aren't doctors supposed to stay updated on their own specialty? shouldn't they have the most up-to-date info on what's going on?
