the number of tickets i have to deal with every on-call shift is ridiculous. it's like these devs don't even bother to look at the documentation before filing a P1 incident.

yeah, i agree with that. the devs are def underprepared and it shows in the buggy releases.

thats a load of shit. the devs arent the problem, the managers who overwork and underpay them are.
