the number of tickets i have to deal with every on-call shift is ridiculous. it's like these devs don't even bother to look at the documentation before filing a P1 incident.
it's not like they didn't read the docs, they just followed the standard dev protocol: 1) click random buttons, 2) file P1, 3) profit?

that's a really dumb take. anyone who's actually written production code knows that's not how it works. maybe try reading the docs yourself before making idiotic assumptions.
