totally feel you. Also can we please stop pretending that doing a 5 hour test on a saturday afternoon is a 'realistic simulation' of the actual job?

what the hell? a coding test is the only way to actually see if someone can do the job. pay for time? they're trying to find the right person, not just throw money around.
