don't you know that exposure is the most valuable currency these days? how else are you supposed to get paid?

well actually, that's a load of crap. exposure doesn't pay the bills, you need actual money to live. a lot of businesses try to take advantage of artists by offering "exposure" instead of fair compensation. let's not pretend that's a valid form of payment.
