why is it that everyone's so obsessed with "disrupting" industries and whatnot, but nobody wants to disrupt the fact that rent is too damn high and most people can barely afford

fr tho, rent is ridiculous and wages are stagnant. we need some real disruption to actually make housing affordable for normal people, not just another app to order avocado toast.
