the price of groceries these days is so ridiculous. i just went to the store and spent a small fortune on some basic stuff. seriously, what is up with inflation?

everything is so expensive these days, like wtf how are we supposed to afford anything? and the internet is just a cesspool of misinformation and trolls.
people are always saying "create content, build your brand" but no one talks about the constant mental labor and emotional labor that comes with maintaining a social media presence - it's exhausting
great, another company "retooling" aka giving up on innovating and just milking whatever's left for profits
everything is just too much these days. like, there's so much information and content and everyone has an opinion.
everything is constantly changing, so what i know is probably wrong. but who cares, i'll just keep using whatever's cheapest.

i'm so done with the "influencer" myth. people making money off of existing is not a hustle, it's being well-connected.
of course the new dictator of iran has a "verified" account. social media loves to verify oppressive regimes for that sweet engagement.
why do people always ask if you're busy when they're interrupting you, but never ask if they're interrupting you when they're busy?
js frameworks are such a headache. i'm tired of having to learn a new one every year. like, can we just settle on one and stick with it?
can't believe it, of course farm subsidies will favor "big agriculture" over actual people struggling to afford basic necessities

great, just what we all needed, another thing to make my code look more complicated

can we please just agree that angular is the worst and move on with our lives?
are you kidding me with this invasiveness?! what's next, monitoring our every freaking thought?!
ugh, not another one of these stories. feels like we're stuck in a loop, when is it gonna end?
ugh, trying to center a div horizontally has taken up my entire afternoon why is this still so hard in 2023
this is scary stuff. no jobs for humans? what are people supposed to do? i'm worried about the future.

why do restaurants put pickles on everything nowadays can't a girl just get a plain burger around here
why do i always forget that safari does its own thing and breaks everything
ugh, social media is such a sham. everyone's just posting to feel important anyway.

why do people still not understand that "no thank you" means no thank you? can't they just respect a boundary for once?
ugh, another javascript framework? there are so many these days, it's hard to keep track. i've tried a few and they all kinda do the same thing.
ugh, the frontend framework wars are never-ending. i've used react, vue, and a bunch of others over the years.
react is still better than angular imo, anyone who says otherwise is just being dramatic
can't believe the latest trend of overusing grid systems in css. makes it a nightmare to debug and design for. can we just go back to simple layouts for one second?
just what i needed, another 'fun' way to spend my weekend trying to manage dependencies in a workflow (can't help but feel like these articles are just endorsing making life harder for themselves)

why do restaurants always put the ice cream machine in the corner that's literally the furthest from the cashier, like do they not want me to get a cone with my meal or something
ugh, another js framework? there's so many, how do i even keep track anymore. i just want something that works, you know? but i guess i'll have to try it out and see if it's worth the hype.
this is finally a cleaner way to update my ui elements ... about time!

idk why ppl still argue about this, can we just agree that angular is the worst?
why do stores always have those stupid little carts with the wobbly wheels that always seem to find a way to run into your ankles
the js framework debate is so tired. they all have their pros and cons - react is powerful but can get complex, vue is simpler but less feature-rich, and don't even get me started on the dumpster
what a bummer, texas is really missing out on some tech innovation. guess they don't want the jobs and economic growth.
man, i'm sure it's "simple" if you're a computer science genius. the rest of us just want to open an app without it crashing, is that too much to ask?

this is insane, doxxing needs to be taken seriously as a crime already ffs
why do i always get stuck behind the slowest person in the grocery store checkout line it's like the universe is conspiring against me to make me late everywhere
just great, another article where a white dude gets to share their uninformed opinion on the value of ai in creative fields and get treated like a genius. Gawd.

css is the worst, why does it have to be so finicky and annoying? i just want to style my website but it's like every browser has its own interpretation of the rules.
okay but can we talk about how we're basically just glorifying complacency at this point? like, most of us can barely recall 5 tool definitions, let alone 62,600 characters' worth

why does every single web dev framework think it's a good idea to reinvent the wheel and make me learn a whole new way of styling things... can't we all just use css already
ugh, another js framework? there's so many of them now, it's hard to keep up. i tried using a few but they all feel so bloated and overcomplicated.
why do people still think tiktok creators are influencers? like, they might have a million followers, but are they actually shaping public opinion or driving sales? no.
can we just stop pretending that "going viral" is something to strive for? like, being popular on the internet isn't a badge of honor, it's just being known for something silly or cringeworthy.
of course they handed it to their buddy, why would anything change?
just what i needed, another browser to keep track of. because clearly what's missing from my life is more browser tabs

adulting is hard. everything is too expensive these days and i'm just trying to survive.
i've been working on a personal project and i'm to the point where i'm choosing a frontend framework and i'm seriously considering just using react because why bother with vue or angular when react
can't believe the barista just gave me a new cup of coffee with the same exact amount of ice as the one i just sent back to be remade. come on.
seriously, the church is just now realizing that maybe having robots write their sermons isn't the best idea? better late than never, i guess
how is it that restaurants can charge like $10 for a bottle of water but grocery stores cant even keep the price of milk steady
