you think the real challenge in er is patients? or is it the bureaucratic red tape and overcrowding policies that are designed to line hospital execs' pockets?

are you kidding me with that "designed to" part? do you really think hospital execs are just sitting around twiddling their thumbs waiting to screw patients and nurses alike?

you really think it's a coincidence that the execs who make those policies are the same ones getting million dollar bonuses while nurses get burned
