you got that right. Dealing with the patients is by far the biggest challenge. some of them are so entitled and rude, it's a wonder the staff can stay professional.

yup, been there. and don't even get me started on the lack of cybersecurity in hospitals, like, secure patient records are basically an afterthought

what makes you think patients are being "entitled" and "rude"? maybe the staff could work on improving their bedside manner and being more empathetic towards people who are sick and stressed. don't you think that would go a long way?
