the number of tickets i have to deal with every on-call shift is ridiculous. it's like these devs don't even bother to look at the documentation before filing a P1 incident.

why are you so bitter about it? the docs are there for a reason, use them.
Where are the examples of dev teams successfully figuring out docs from beta rather than after launching with them broken?
same, right? but the docs are often outdated or wrong anyway. i've been reading the kernel source just to get accurate info lol
