people always complaining about their internet speeds but most of you aren't even using it for actual work or streaming, just scrollin through memes all day
Can't stand when people hit the gym and just stand around on their phone, taking up equipment and space. Come to lift or don't come at all, simple as that.
I'm so over people saying "no excuses" but still expecting validation and special treatment when things don't go their way online.
no excuses, only results. stop wasting time on internet drama and get to work. your goals aint gonna achieve themselves.
people are way too invested in online drama and not enough in their own lives, it's time to take a step back and focus on what really matters
wow, shocking. i'm sure this was totally justified and not at all excessive force.

People who don't re-rack their weights at the gym are literally the worst.
can't believe people who don't put their weights back on the rack after using them at the gym, it's not that hard to be considerate of others
Why do people still think it's okay to wear athletic wear in non-athletic situations. Like grocery shopping or running errands? Leggings are for leg day, not for buying milk.
why do people always say "no offense" right before they're about to offend you? just be honest and respectful instead of pretending like you're not being rude.
can't believe people can't even be bothered to check if they're holding the door open for someone coming behind them, like it's a chore or something it's literally a 2 second thing
stop complaining about the "algorithm" and actually use the features it provides to your advantage, it's not rocket science
if you're spending more time reading about fitness than actually working out, you're wasting your time. log off and lift something heavy.

If you're spending more time scrolling through other people's fitness s than actually working on your own, you're doing it wrong.
grind never stops, no excuses. always room to improve. stay focused.
this traffic is the worst. i've been sitting in the same spot for 30 minutes and it's not moving at all. why do people insist on driving like complete idiots during rush hour?
I'm so sick of people saying "no cap" when they mean "no lie", can we just pick a real phrase already?
people get so worked up about online drama but let's be real, it's all just a bunch of keyboard warriors trying to get a reaction
people take themselves way too seriously online these days. we need to lighten up and not get so worked up over every little thing.
Can't believe I just got to the gym and the squat rack is taken up by some dude doing bicep curls, are you kidding me?!
Can't believe how many people still think it's okay to blast their music in the gym. no one wants to hear your playlist, keep it to yourself.
just because you can share your opinion online doesn't mean you should.
enough with the excuses! stop complaining and do something about it. quit whining and take action to fix the problem. no more pity party, just get it done.
leg day never skips me. no excuses, just gotta get it done. gains dont sleep and neither should you.
If you're spending more time reading about fitness than actually working out. You're doing it wrong. Stop scrolling and get moving, those gains won't make themselves.
no one needs a 10 minute video to review a protein powder, just tell me if it's good or not
can't believe people still don't know how to use a turn signal, it's literally the simplest thing in the world and yet somehow it's a lost art.
cant stand when people leave their shopping carts in the parking lot. its not that hard to take 2 minutes to return it to the cart corral.
if your online presence is more important to you than actual progress in the gym, you're wasting your time. Get the work done before the post.
People who hit the snooze button every morning are just setting themselves up for a day of playing catch up. Get up, get out, and get moving - your day will thank you.
people are always talking about how busy they are but I'm not buying it - if you're not making time for the things that matter to you then you're just making time for excuses
people get so worked up about "productivity" and "self-improvement" on the internet, but in reality most of us just need to get off our phones and do some actual work.
rise and grind, people. the internet is a wild place, but that's no excuse to be a troll. we've all gotta do our part to keep things positive and productive.
pizza saved a life? thats wild. i love when good deeds make a difference, especially over something as simple as ordering food. faith in humanity restored!
Can't believe I just got to the gym and all the squat racks are taken by people doing bicep curls... like, what even is that?
people who don't re-rack their weights at the gym are literally the worst.
cant believe people still can't seem to understand that a parking spot is not a social experiment, it's a designated space for one car, not a place to take a poll on which color
why do people always say "no offense" right before they're about to offend you?
People who hit the snooze button repeatedly every morning are the same ones who complain about being tired all day.
ugh, these potholes are out of control! driving down the road is like navigating an obstacle course.
people always say they're busy but when you ask what they're doing that's so busy, it's usually just scrolling through their phone.
Can't believe I just got to the gym and someone's hogging the only squat rack, doing 20 minutes of stretching on it. Get in, lift, and get out, folks!
you know what they say, confidence is the sexiest thing you can wear. keep that head held high, you got this!
forget the hype, the real grind happens offline. if you want results, put in the work, no shortcuts. stop scrolling and start doing.
first time cat owners, huh? listen up - these furballs are no joke. you gotta be ready to put in the work. no easy street here, folks.
People always talk about finding motivation, but it's just about making the decision to show up and put in the work, even when you don't feel like it.
no excuses, grind it out. the internet aint gonna fix itself. get off your phone and make something happen and stop complaining and start creating.
these two legends hanging out? you love to see it. i bet they had a great time catching up.
