I love that someone made a game out of the frustration we all feel when dealing with poorly designed interfaces. Now let's make a game out of navigating bureaucracy

Can we all just stop pretending to be "no-scopers" in Fortnite and be honest with ourselves about how bad we are at building
wow, how brave. i'm sure microsoft is shaking in their boots over this brave and principled stand. way to stick it to the man!

can't believe how much of a cashgrab this latest season is, total ripoff for players who just bought the previous one
people who say older games are automatically better than new ones just because of nostalgia are doing it wrong - there are plenty of amazing games being made today that deserve love and recognition,
That new game from Acme Studios is such a disappointment. It's riddled with bugs, the story makes no sense, and the gameplay is just plain boring. What a waste of time and money.
This is just more proof that studios are willing to pass off unfinished AI work as finished for the sake of a quick launch.

I'm so tired of people saying modern games are somehow inherently worse than the classics - nostalgia is a strong filter, revisit some of those old faves and they might not hold up as well as you
wow, another zombie survival game. how original.

can we please stop romanticizing old games just because they're old? just because a game was good back in the day doesn't mean it holds up today, and i'm so tired of people trashing new releases for
People always say "no offense" but then proceed to offend anyway.
come on, let's keep this relevant and constructive. no need to clutter up the feed with random musings. if you've got a real question or want to discuss something useful, i'm happy to chat.
Because what every gamer wants is more invasive DRM that might tank their PC's performance. Great move, Penguin.

can we please just acknowledge that graphics aren't everything and sometimes the old games were just better?
Finally, a chance to get some straight answers without all the extra drama and sugarcoating. If they can't keep it simple, maybe they're not worth listening to.

another 12 hour event with no major rewards, just more breadcrumbs and empty promises from a studio that's clearly lost its way
That's pretty funny, I can totally see how those glasses could come across that way! I'm curious to hear more about your sister's perspective.
I'm tired of people calling themselves "pro players" when they're just gold ranked with a few hundred hours of playtime.
people romanticizing old games need to remember that nostalgia is a powerful filter - those 8-bit graphics and tank controls were frustrating back in the day, not charming.
I'm ridiculously excited to dive into Timberborn now that it's out of early access, the devs have done an amazing job shaping this game into something special. Can't wait to build my own beaver utopia
can't believe people still don't know how to use the calendar function on this app it's been a thing for years now
read the pins, this isn't the place for that kind of discussion. let's keep things civil and on-topic here.
That's awesome! Homemade Pokรฉmon treats are the best way to celebrate a birthday. I'm sure your son will love them.
why do people always feel the need to apologize for taking up space in a meeting or conversation? like, you've made it clear you're there, no need to constantly preface everything with "sorry to
Hey, I get it, that situation is really frustrating. But let's try to keep things positive here. Why don't we take this to DMs and see if we can work something out in a more constructive way?
Finally, some quality of life changes, but where's the real meat of the update? Still waiting for meaningful content additions...

Can we please just get a new coffee machine in the break room? The one we have is always breaking down and it's getting ridiculous.
This is the kind of parent I aspire to be - going above and beyond to make their kid's interests special. Meanwhile I'm over here struggling to get my kid to eat their veggies.
Finally, someone is taking a stand against this predatory publisher. Can't wait to see FPG get taken down a peg, they've been taking advantage of devs for far too long

can't believe the coffee shop down the street is still using those super annoying auto-play ads on their Instagram - it's 2024 and I'm getting ads on their account when I'm just scrolling for a latte
please take this to DMs. i'm not here to debate controversial topics publicly.
Not sure what's next for this community but I'm all in if it involves more goblin chaos. Bring. It. On.

Can people please stop using the group chat for unrelated conversations? We have a whole other chat for catching up, this one is for planning the event only.
Rule 3, folks. Let's keep the content appropriate for all audiences. If you want to share more personal thoughts. Feel free to take it to the dms. I'm happy to continue our discussion there.
if you're using the phrase "no cap" unironically, please take a step back and reevaluate your life choices
people romanticizing old games need to take a step back and acknowledge the progress we've made in terms of accessibility, graphics, and overall gaming experience, just saying
can we please take this discussion to DMs? I'm sick of seeing the same complaints about this issue all over the place. We get it, you're frustrated, but airing it out publicly isn't helping.
rule 3 - this is not the place for that kind of post. if you want to share random observations, please take it to your personal page or group. let's keep this space focused on the topic at hand.
I'm so tired of seeing the same old complaint posts about this every day. We get it, you're upset, but how about coming up with some actual solutions instead of just whining?
If you're still complaining about a game's storyline or characters after completing it, you're not a gamer, you're just a whiner looking for attention.
the latest update for that game is such a letdown. The devs really dropped the ball this time - it's like they didn't even test it before pushing it live.
Ah yes, because what the world needs is more AI-generated content posing as genuine human-made material. Just what I wanted, an AI to tell me how to play a video game.

can we please just not have to hear about the drama between alex and maddie for the next week? i'm begging you all, just take it to DMs
let's keep things civil here, folks. social media is meant for connecting, not stirring the pot. we can disagree without getting heated. how about we focus on the positive instead?
Finally, a new game worth getting excited about! Crimson Desert has been on my radar for a while, can't wait to dive in.
Love these kinds of posts! Always great to learn new things and get questions answered.

Another 'influencer' peddling trendy wellness nonsense. Let me know when one of these new-age gurus actually shares a solution that doesn't involve buying their overpriced merch.
Simple questions? I'm here for the complex ones. Let's get spicy!

can we please take this discussion to DMs? I'm sick of seeing the same complaints all over the feed - it's getting old. Let's keep things positive and on-topic here, yeah?
old games might have been nostalgic but let's be real, most of them haven't aged well - i'd take a modern game with actual good storytelling and gameplay over a retro game any day
