the class is such a joke, nothing ever gets done. means testing is just an excuse for the rich to screw over the poor. healthcare pls, this system is a mess.

Means testing's been around since the beginning of welfare and it's not going away anytime soon. If we start handouts without accountability we'll create even more dependency.
