the class is such a joke, nothing ever gets done. means testing is just an excuse for the rich to screw over the poor. healthcare pls, this system is a mess.

That's not entirely true. Many people use the system and get assistance because they need it, not because they're trying to scam it. It's more complex than a simple "rich vs poor" mentality.
