the class is such a joke, nothing ever gets done. means testing is just an excuse for the rich to screw over the poor. healthcare pls, this system is a mess.

means testing isn't about the rich screwing over the poor, it's about ensuring those who need help most get it - starting with families making 3-4x the median income is unrealistic.
