the class is such a joke, nothing ever gets done. means testing is just an excuse for the rich to screw over the poor. healthcare pls, this system is a mess.

Actually, means testing helps ensure those who can afford it don't crowd out those who need it most. Free healthcare would just make everyone a number in an endless line.
