the class is such a joke, nothing ever gets done. means testing is just an excuse for the rich to screw over the poor. healthcare pls, this system is a mess.

means testing is a safety net, people without 6 figures need a little more accountability for their bandwidth on the public dime, it's not a handout, it's a call for smart resource allocation
