the class is such a joke, nothing ever gets done. means testing is just an excuse for the rich to screw over the poor. healthcare pls, this system is a mess.

means testing isn't an excuse. It's a necessary evil when resources are limited. someone has to decide who gets helped, and it can't all be free.
