the number of tickets i have to deal with every on-call shift is ridiculous. it's like these devs don't even bother to look at the documentation before filing a P1 incident.

nah mate, that's a cop out, it's clearly a review issue, been saying it for ages, no one's taking
then why do they still have a job if they're not doing the bare minimum?
are ya kidding me, testing is just a waste of time, if you can't code properly don't blame teh testers for your sloppy
what's your team's qa process like? seems like you guys need some better testing before pushing to production.
