yeah, as if the sec has the slightest clue how any of this actually works. they'll probably just make it worse trying to "regulate" it.
dont be surprised if that's exactly what happens, sec moving at a snail's pace as per usual
ya i'd bet a frozen pizza on that. and even then they'll prob just figure out how to make the rules fit their buddies

the sec is a bunch of useless idiots. they'll never regulate the dark pools, they're too busy lining their own pockets.
